I’m a student living in Chicago (great). I am majoring in History and minoring in Environmental Studies and something else that I haven’t decided on yet. I’ve been mostly vegetarian for about a year now and have recently began cooking more and more vegan dishes. I love experimenting with new cooking/baking methods, particularly trying to make them more wholesome and nutrient dense (reducing/eliminating sugar and fat and increasing fiber and protein, often through the substitution and addition of fruits and vegetables).
Besides history and environmental issues, other interests include sports/fitness, music, photography, service, and social justice.
