Made this apple crisp last night, with a few minor adjustments:
– doubled the recipe, baked in a 9×13 glass pan for 40 min.
– omitted cloves and walnuts, only because I didn’t have them
– upped the cinnamon wherever possible, because I love it
VERY VERY GOOD. too good.
Just made this greek quinoa salad. I haven’t tried any yet because I am waiting for all of the flavors to hang out in the fridge, but I think it will be great.
– omitted olive oil, scallions, garlic, and feta, but may add them later if it needs it
– added shrimp!
